During project qualification status: we do a lot of test to qualify the machine, such as Motor endurance test, Vacuum Test, Temperature rise test, Hose pull test, Leak test and Drop Test, etc..

Production Goods Quality Control Process

We have more than 25 quality guy to monitor and track quality status during incoming goods, in-process and finish goods. Make sure all goods are meet customer’s requirement before ship the goods.

Sample Lead-time:

2-7 days - It will be confirmed base in product requirement;

Order Lead-time :

20 – 50 days - It will be determined base in actual order quantity and product requirement. speed a little more time for the 1st order as need to confirm all design of packing components such as label, color box, manual, etc.
